unidentified 37mm head

Hi guys, what country/era/weapon is this head from?

It was attached to a German ww1 hotchkiss shell but it looks more like ww2 anti-tank or anti-aircraft.
Anyway, I'm no expert and I would appreciate any help.

That's a shot 3,7 cm Panzergranate for 3,7 cm Pak and 3,7 cm Kw.K.
So, APHE, German, WW2.
