This was in my fathers room along with 2 others that were big an bigger. I am assuming these are distance calculators for firing the big guns correct me if i'm wrong..

Looks like firing tables and range arms?
Hard to be sure from the snip visible.
Used to order the charge and elevation to the gun at a guess.
I like the 'do not let these fall into enemy hands' statement, bit late with the allied tag on it.
There are still similar things today used for emergency firing and I have some captured Iraqi ones in the attic.
Sorry I missed the large pic, yes looks like firing table for charge 4 brass fuse for the named gun in the title of the table
