Unknown Zusatz ldg. ??

I have these two items in my collection for about 10 years now but I never really managed to figure what exactly they are. It says Zusatzldg. 10cm No W
I am not even sure this is the right place to post so all help is welcome!

These are containers for extra powder charges for the 10 cm Nebelwerfer rounds, if i'm not mistaken for the 10 cm Nb.W. 34.
The containers could ce clipped on to the tailsections of the mortarround.
Naturally, they were removed before firing.

I've also come across these with a paper label rather than stamped

Zünder means the 10cm Nb.W. 35 (which was a heavy mortar) though perhaps also the 10cm Nb.W.40, though i have a couple of boxes for these and they are different.

Thanks for the help so far! One thing still isn't clear to me and I hope it isn't a stupid question. These containers were only to transport the extra powder charges but were not fired with the mortar round itself? Wasn't it easier to just add more powder to the round itself and does perhaps someone have a picture or drawing of how these containers were attached to the rounds? I am trying to picture an image before me but I am not sure I have the correct image before me (and I prefer to be certain about things).
