Hi Nick,
It seems that I've just found a rack last yours. It's a second type and it doesn't seem to be made of metal (unfortunately I have any magnet right now) but I can't see any rust on it.

I recived these ones the other day, very uncommon,,,,in fact the ese are the onlt 2 i have ever seen.
it would be nice to find the date these were made ?

before and after cleaning piccs.

hi nick, very nice work, never saw a rack with these clips before...only the Wurfkörper 361 racks have these clips.....very interesting!!!best regards jens

These racks are the same that the one I saw in the Belgian show. The one I saw was in very bad condition, but exactly the same with the clips. I would bet very early date.

thank you.. there is some more work to do on these ,, straighten and replace broken clips . when done will post better piccs .

if any one has more info on these i would really like to hear it. very unussual racks indeed.

Hi Miguel.. very early i suspect, would be good to get more info on these,, there are no makers marks that i can see, may be to early for any waff stamp , will look closer with glasses on.

If you find an eagle it will be from Weimar period. Also the place where they come it could be also interesting for guess the year.

Hi Bruno...may take them from the tatty one to comlplete the better one, then look for clips or have a set made.. not to sure yet.. lots going on at present
