      Boy.. must be late for my MORTAR.. check my spelling

      Anyway... Not sure why I thought this was US.. Its RED ARMY.

      RUSSIAN 50-PM 40

      The model is right on the side 52-M-822

      Too bad the cut big holes in it to deactivate it.

          Just lucky I guess.

          I saw one on a dealer site for around 1500

          Would 1100-1200 be reasonable?

            I have no idea, hopefully someone else will chime in on the value. I know these weren't the most popular mortars but considering it's dated 1939 and saw use from Finland to Poland to the German invasion I'd think that would be a resonable value.
