LIgr.Z23nA What kidn of shell is this from?

I found these nicely preserved German shell head fragments recently, marked LIgr.Z23nA for one and LJgr for the other. Is there any different meaning between the LIgr and LJgr marking?
What type of shells are these from.
There is a screw on the side that can be set at three different settings: 'M', 'O' and 'V 0,15'.
This leads me to think that these can act as delayed action fuzes. Am I correct? What do M O and V stand for?

As always, some nice Waffen Ampts. They should really have a movie scene where the surgeon removes a shell fragment from a wounded soldier (preferably a jewish soldier), wipes the blood off the fragment, and sees a tiny eagle and swastica printed on the fragment. I could juts picture this scene in 'Inglorius Basterds'.

These fuzes were used in the 7,5 cm I.Gr. 18 and I.Gr. 18 Al, these were shot by the 7,5 cm le. I.G 18 and 7,5 cm le. Geb.G. 18.

        What does "I.Gr.18" stand for?
Also, what are the three different settings that the shell can be set on? I suspect delay, superquick and ????

          "Infanterie Granate 18"

As far as i know, there are only 2 settings: with delay (0,15 sek) and no delay.

            It means grenade type.

            Grenade type:
            7,5cm Jgr.18
            7,5cm Jgr.18 Al

            Detonator:
            I.Jgr.Z.23 n.A
            or
            I.Jgr.Z.23

            Guntype is 7,5cm Leichte Infanterie-Geschutz 18
            or
its gebirgsjäger version 7,5cm Leichte Gebirgs-Infanterie Geschutz 18

O means german word ohne(no delay)
M - V means german words mit verzögerung (delayed 0,15seconds)

              Thanks guys.
Indeed, I realise now that the two lower settings are in fact one single setting.
I wonder if the Germans could perhaps firing these shells out of French 75mm canons that installed in local Maginot line forts.
