I have a reproduction G-Max Grenade Launcher and have experimented with plastic grenades to shoot out of it. I have been using Grey 3/4" schedule c PVC electrical conduit with a spent 12 GA shot gun shell pushed into each end. Fits loose in the barrel so there is no excess pressure on the metal. If turned over the grenade will just fall out. At a 45 degree angle I can shoot it about 150 feet high and 40 to 60 yards down range. They do tumble. I use std blanks. Anyone else have any ideas. I do realize these are not made to military specs hence the no pressure grenade in the barrel. Let me know if you have any ideas.
