22 LR unknown german rounds

    22 LR unknown german rounds

    receive a lot of this nice thin steel boxes with unknown german 6 mm rounds
    the rounds are non magnetic no bulets only a coloured end .
    botom of round is stamped with the letter T

    can anyone help me for id this strange rounds
    thx in advance for info .

      I know some older equipment uses rounds like this one. With equipment I mean worker stuff like for shooting large pieces of metal and the like in stuff like concrete. Hilty is one such brand who makes things like that nowadays but I remember that some older brands made the same equipment.

          They look like 6mm starter pistol rounds to me.

          Hmmm. 1936 Olympic games, anyone? If you can, find out who supplied the blanks for the event.

            it comes with a lot of old ww 2 amo that i have bought this week .
            i have 6 boxes and i think i will sell 5 of them price
            i think 5 euros the box sounds resonable any opinions ?

              Hate to necro-post, but those are NOT pistol blanks, at least not for any WW2 era German firearm I can think of. Most likely used in some sort of rock blasting tool or driving metal through rock, etc.

              Do NOT load them into a starter pistol, IMHO.

                rounds

                When I worked in a steel mill we sometimes drove a small bolt into a glowing rail to attach a metal tag. A similar-looking .22 cartridge was used in the gun to fire the bolt. Based on the "stark" term listed on the box these may well be industrial cartridges.
