Glass Landmine - Opinions Please

Hello Gentlemen,

I would appreciate your opinions on this Glass Landmine. Are the parts pictured here all correct for this mine, especially the Bakelite piece & what is it? Are any pieces missing? The only marking present is the number "40" in a square. Does this represent the date of manufacture?

The bakelite is an adapter for hold the Sprengkapsel 8, the Hebelzunder44 screws on that adapter with the metal plate in the middle. The bakelite pipe is inserted in the Sprengkorper 28 200grs block. So you need, a new metal plate, a repro explosive block, a Sprengkapsel and a Hebelzunder44 fuze. For the rest you have a nice matching 40 pressure plate and bowl, the 40 is a maker mark, not the year.

Hello Gentlemen,

Can anyone assist me locate either an origonal or a reproduction Hebelzünder and Sprengkörper 28 with reproduction explosive block?

I dont have the Block but a friend of mine did up the labels on a Pdf. so yoy can make your own pepro.
