Hello - here the strange subject , was found during diving to war ship wreck on Baltic sea most probably 1916 wreck year . The item was filled with structure most probably shimoza , now removed , any ideas ?

Looks like an old navy demolition charge to me.
Germans used a slightly different one during W2, called "Sprengpatrone A".
