Postcard of a field gun

Good day gentlemen

Here is a postcard of a field gun. Can any of your large ordnance experts tell me what it is and is there anything to be said about the troops serving it? I assume that it is a staged photo as the troops look pretty clean and relaxed.

Is there any value to such an item?

It's a German 3,7cm PAK 36 gun .
