HAL, also a nice Kugel but a wrong fuse. I've seen these fuses some times on the Kugeln but these are cannon propellant fuses used to ignite the propellant charge of a howitzer for example. They weren't used with handgrenades because they are missing a tiny little thing... a delay! I think some dealers used them because the screw matches and they hadn't the right fuse, the "Brennzünder für Kugelhandgranaten 13" in stock.

Interesting, it would explain why the fuse doesn't seem to screw all the way in. Do you have a sample photo you can post with my fuse being used as a propellant charge? I would be interested in seeing it.

What do you mean by "the "Brennzünder für Kugelhandgranaten 13" in stock"?

      Thanks,

      Craig.

I mean that some dealers, if they know it or not, don't have the correct fuse and they used another one which just fits on the grenade.
I am also searching for a pic of the "Geschützzünder" in use for a longer time.

                    Nice grenade Adrian...

Here is a nice Kugel stick grenade I should have bought when I had the chance.

                    Cheers,

                    Craig.

Bit late on posting this one, but only found this thread a while ago.
