Question on grenade ordnance code

Hi Miguel
The top of the head has a faint 43 gck and the wooden handle stamped WC1943. A mismatch set but at least the year matches. There is another stamp on the end cap side of the handle that looks like the number 2. Do you know the meaning of this stamp?

I´ve only seen that number 2 on wc1943 handles. I have a few of them. Extra nice grenade, have you the fuze, detonator and pull cord?

Here's what under the head and end cap. Just a ball and a smaller one at the explosive head.
