I was a little confused by the lack of brass rotating rings at the base, like you see on U.S. shells, so I though I'd get an education from you guys on this. 75 mm, solid steel with a small cavity, marked in large letters "DJ" with no other markings. A US Armor Piercing Shell missing the rotating rings? Or is it German
