Yes, it is a genuine WWII M24 Stielhandgrenade.
Made by Richard Rinker in 1939 - good headstamp for that year of production.

Considering its condition, I'd say it should not be more
than £ 100.-

right 100% a good one unfortunately the head blow up due, perhaps oxidation
