My friend sent me this wonderful handle yesterday. This is my first grenade handle and I am very happy with it. With the very clear mark just before the date can a manufacturer be determined?

nice, very nice early "Richard Rinker" handle, congrats !

Very unusual 1937 date, haven't seen one before dated that
early.
All those I have only start in 1938 !!
