      Weiter, Immer Weiter. Note the burning village in the background.
      A bit blurry, probably because this picture was taken when "on the go".

        When motorised transport failes;

        My apologies for the excessive watermarking, but I am sure you can understand.

          Last, and probably also least. No PaK 36 to be seen in this picture, only the Commanding Officer standing on the "Vormarschstrasse", the tracks of the narrow PaK 36 wheels still clearly visible...

          Best,
          Vincent S.

            When posting these pictures, this one suddenly came to mind. It is not part of the grouping, but thought you guys might appreciate it.

            If I am not mistaken, this picture shows French-made grenades, as indicated by the markings "Aciérie" ( Steel mill) on the shells.

            Vincent S.

              I would have to agree with you.
              For the last 5 years I have been looking but I have never found an original Steilgranate 41 picture. There are a few pictures that you see from books but it is normally the Pak with the Stielgranate in the barrel. Pictures with the ammo containers are even rarer.

                Hello Paul,

                Thanks for the swift reply. I performed a quick search on various fora and sites, but couldn't find any other picture that had not yet been published before. Guess I got lucky, given the fact that I was able to purchase this entire grouping for a very attractive price.

                Best Regards,
                Vincent S.

                    Does anyone know the container markings and colors for each round type?
