Here is a fragment of shell head, with a marking visible to the left side. What nationality is it? It doesnt look German, maybe US or British?

"The big item on the left is a muzzle bearing wrench for the M1919A4 Browning machine gun. It is used to remove the muzzle bearing/booster from the barrel jacket so it can be scraped and cleaned of carbon build-up."
Thanks for that identification, it looked familiar to me.
Concerning the fuzes, is there a good website with many photos of US WW2 ordinance to compare with?
What about that marking on the first shell fragment, does anybody have an idea about the nationality??
