    Shipping Ordnance from Germany to USA

    I have recently come across some Mk108 rounds. The guys tells me he can not ship to USA but a normal German citizen can. He mentions BAFA. His English is almost as bad as my German.

    Can someone clarify this??

    I have sended many complete airplane MG rounds(and even one complete Smine) to US and had no problems.I sended from Finland to US,but export rules are same than in germany.I dont know about business sales,but normal citizen can send rounds in mail.

      If this helps, I had a complete 88mm round shipped from England. Could not go by air but, by sea. Took 6-7weeks and had no problem. There are U.S. Post offices located through out Europe but located on the military installations, maybe thats the clause.
