What Is Being Towed

Hi Andy

I think it is the cradle section for a 17cm Kanone 18 in Morserlafette. When travelling long distances the gun was split in two, the barrel was carried on another trailer towed by another half-track.

I got the info from the book "German Artillery of World War Two" by Ian V. Hogg page 91.
