German Igniter

Does somebody know something about this igniter ERZ 39 that seems to be german and from WW2?

[Zünder]

These are "elektrischer Randdüsenzünder 39", which were used to ignite the propellant of 15 cm Nebelwerfer 41 rockets.
The wide side (which contained a small blackpowder charge) was placed inside one of the venturi's of the rocket, the Nebelwerfer ignitionssytem was placed on the narrow tube.
