Woah guys, thanks for the replies.
It's an interesting piece, but it's just like some other scarce items: You don't find them very often, but there aren't alot of people buying it. So these are indeed scarce, but not "rare".
I feel that something is rare when the number of people looking for a certain item is higher than the number of items still in existance, if you know what I mean
