2 rounds 37mmFlak?

I plna to sale these two rounds/granades but i have no idea what are are exact.
Could you help me a little bit?

The first one has a WaA-stamp on the copper-"Führungsring" and a bottom-"Zünder"

This is a full metal round. A Srew-hole on the side and 4 copper-"Führungsringe"

No1 is a repainted german 37mm FLAK grenade.

I would say #1 is not flak grenade but Pak grenade.Colors look odd but grenade itself looks good to me.

But it is not german. Maybe polisch or tsjech.
