I have a case for an artillery shell that was dug in the Narva area last year.
Can any one tell me if its Russian or German and what size shell it may be for?

Hello!
If it is about 20cm in diameter, it is inside fitting for 21cm Gr18 and 21cm G18 Be grenade carrier/basket. Round top/bottom part has above mentioned data stamped, at least in one in my collection.
