Hi Guys
Im guessing this is what it says it is on the projectile "PROOF" stenciled in white. The number " D BM AR242" is neatly stamped into the projectile head.
The base of the round has these markings " BM 084 96 " with the primer marked "610 - 96 - BM0 "
Would i be right in thinking that this round would have been used to commision "Proof test " 30mm weapons ?
I know its not ww2 but any info would be much appricated, also can any one give me some more info on the markings.
Many thanks
Mark
