Large unknown artillery shell w/ fins

This just walked in the shop,( I apologize for the crummy drawing )
its about a 3.5' or- 4' shell, about a 105mm, with a theraded fuze nose area, and sort of a flared out rocket like base and six thin fins that fold out around the base. I couldn't see any markings so far, but it was too cold to handle. any ideas?
