Hi Guys, can anyone id this item? It was found in the South of France earlier this year. It appears that it once had a leather or webbing strap attached by two alloy rivets, this has rotted away years ago.

Size is about 4 inches long and about 3 inches wide at it's largest.
There appears to be a trade mark which I cannot id, and a waffenampt mark Wa568. -

In the link you provided the drawing shows the metal cannister for the PaK 75 shell. I have one of these in my collection too
