Large Ordinace Shell Question

Hi Guys,
I am trying to ID this BIG shell. I think its naval. it has an anchor stamp with a wavy line in it. its about 8.5" across the mouth. any thoughts as to country & era?

Japanese, the anchor with the two wavy lines is for the Kure arsenal.
The S 10/18 is the date......Showa October 1943.
