    U.S. smoke grenade, info needed please

    Hello,

    A friend has sent me a couple of pics of an American smoke grenade in the hope that I may know something about it.

    Unfortunately, I can find no reference to it in any of my books.
    Does anyone out there know anything about this grenade?

    My friend believes that it may not be military issue and that the fuze is much newer than the body.

    All help apreciated!

      This smoke grenade would have been used by the police force or security agents on military installations but not used by the US armed forces
