Question on 3.7 cm pak round

Hi, I'm not an expert on rounds I was wondering if any of you know any info on this shell as to what kind of head it has or whether it is for FLAK or any thing I may not know. Both shell and head have waffenampts. Shell is not actually in my possession so this is the only pics I have. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

It's a pre war AP round for the 3,7 cm Pak; offically known as "3,7 cm Panzergranat Patrone.
Fitted with a Bdz. 5103, basefuze, and intended for use in area's with a higher temperatur; hence the red markings on the shellcase.
