Can I ask your opinions on this cap I thought kreigmarine caps are double stitched on there visors thanks for any help

The visor could have been simply replaced later , regarding the sewing ?
The body itself looks good ...

The NCO could also have been a member of the Wasserschutzpolizei who was transferred to the MKP and simply swapped out his insignia.

I would not buy it! KM NCO caps are not really hard to find.
Wait for a better one whitch has no doubuts! On this cap nothings fits really together!
