German ww2 Kreigsmarine life belt

This looks to be a German ww2 Kreigsmarine life belt , i will be putting it up for sale does anyone know what it woud be worth ? it looks still to have the life belt inside

Not a life saving belt....its a light or torch for emergencies...Basically a German Kriegsmarine Rescue Buoy Light
(In German "Rettungsbojenlicht" as labeled), so it probably has some kind of electrical or pyrotechnics devise inside to activate it for rescue.

It has a pyrotechnic phosphor charge inside which ignites when comes to contat with water
