The eagle looks a bit questionable to me.

The eagle and rank insignia is not correct for this type of jacket so they have been added post war.

You need to post better pictures of the reefer jacket as one cannot tell from these pictures if it is original war time jacket from Germany or a post war jacket. Since the insignia clearly has been added post war, this might just be a upgraded post war reefer jacket.

Looks like a postwar 3 button tunic with an extra set of buttons added (way lower than they should be) to make it look like a 4 button KM tunic.
