Hi everyone
I've inherited a white top Kriegsmarine cap but I cannot tell if it's real or not. I cannot post fotos to show you but can describe it.
It is a standard blue cap with oak leaf on the visor, and a removable white top. The insignia all looks genuine enough.
The inner lining is a blue silk without makers marks, and the sweatband is not leather but a pressed card of some type with a circular Kriegsmarine stamp, and a small bowl at the join.
Hoping you can give me some advice.
