Mystery KM Uniform/M-43 Cap

Note the tunic is single-breasted, and does not appear to have a breast eagle.


The M-43 appears to have a political/civil type bevo eagle.


Badges look like they were crudely applied, to the point where they are obscuring each other.


Kid looks too young to have earned all those badges.


Someone though the boards appear to be WH.


Legit pic? Or a photo of someone who "X-mas tree'ed" himself in the immediate postwar era?

IMO a post-war picture, badges look denazified, not KM period tunic or shoulder boards, strange cap eagle, ....

For me it is "faked". Could a youngster of that age, already have been granted with such badges?
