Km cap and logo opinions?

And what is this emblem on my km gala?

Not enought good pictures, but from them: I like the cap, can not see any probelm with it; and the small battle units insignia in the peajacket (not a gala uniform) is not good, and is stitched in the wrong sleeve, also the signals carrer insignia is wrong, it should be gold-yellow and not red
