The shirt looks fine imo. Caps looks like a WW1 cap from the date of the BAW stamp and the model.
But many navies have used similar caps for decades and the stamp is easy to replicate, so more pictures would be good, especially from under the sweat band. Sweatband itself looks restored or replaced.
