KM specialist badges for review

These were part of a lot I bought recently. They were essentially "throw-ins" (and I know they're not worth much to begin with), but I do notice that the embroidery is off-center on both (more so on the wheel badge). As I mentioned in another thread, KM insignia is not my area of collecting , so these are an unknown to me.

Are these good, as I'd hate to pass them on if they were bunk.
