KM breast eagle for review

This came in a large lot I bought. I am not a KM collector, so this is not my area of expertise. It has a similar pattern to a cap eagle that was also in the same lot and deemed authentic via members here.

I know next to nothing about cloth but looks very similar (design/embroidery) to one I got in the 70's
