CA Soldbuch

I have just come by this CA Soldbuch. It belonged to a older soldier that was a veteran of WW 1.

I have a few questions that i hope you can help me with.

I am seeking info on :

Kriegslazeratt 937 , what does Krankheit nr ( Sickness nr ) 34 mean ?

The soldier was only given Feldgraue uniform items.

I cant make out what the hand written message says , other than it was wrote in Fredericia ( Danish town ) on the date ( 5-5 1945 ) were Denmark was liberated from the German occupation.

It says
Soldbuch geschlossen. Inhaber verstorben.

Paybook closed. Owner deceased.

Okay thanks for your reply. I guess that Kriegs Lazeratt 937 was placed in Fredericia Denmark. He was brought to the Lazeratt because he had Krankheit 34. Do you know which disease 34 was.
