No it isn't named. The belt is named , but it hasn't anything to do with the coat. It would be nice to find a matching pair of epaulets, for the coat.

The Paradebelt belonged to Oberleutnant zur See Ludwig Schöne. He was a crewmember on U 361, which was sunk west of Narvik on the 17.07. 1944

Thanks Luca. I already have seen the set at Weitze. This is a coat for a Kapitänleutnant zur See and not for a Ing. Kptl. I think it would be a shame to change the insignia in this case.
