Original cap no probleme but if you change the badges to silver ones, you will have a nice WH Administration Schirmmüte ?
Not really the typical KM shape , even made with blue lining ?

KM officers’ field-gray visor hats supplied by the OKK since 1939 have a “Kriegsmarine” shape (ie the same top as blue or white KM visor hats), privately purchased ones may have not. The Army “saddle” shaped (Sattelform) crown of a KM officers’ field-gray visor hat is infrequent but is not anomalous and can be observed both in period photos and in surviving specimens. You may also refer to Angolia & Schlicht’s Kriegsmarine: uniforms & traditions, Saris’ Headgear of Hitler's Germany - vol 1, Patzwall’s Die Kopfbedeckungen der Kriegsmarine 1939-1945, Les Dossiers Militaria n°6, Uniformi & Armi “Kriegsmarine special issue ” n°124 and Delgado’s Deutsche Kriegsmarine to name a few. A visit to the Atlantic Wall Museum in Raversijde (Belgium) and the 39-45 Museum in Ambleteuse (France) , both holding quite a few land-based Kriegsmarine items, is strongly recommended.
AFAICS, the lower edge of the dark-green cap band appears to be simply stitched to the bottom field-gray hem and I don’t notice (especially on the front portion) the pronounced lip of a “Waffenfarbe” piping, exactly the way KM officers’ field-gray visor hats should be.

Thanks for your reply. I just had a look in Eduardo Delgardo´s book and found a picture of a Sonderführer wearing a Visor cap that clearly is a WH shaped one.

I have just found this picture. I would say that the two CA officers is wearing WH Sattel form visor caps.

Not in love with the insignia but they all can’t be blatant beauties..

Hi, IMO not a KM-KA cap, the style is not for a marine cap
