Kriegsmarine Schlachtschiff Scharnhorst Naval uniform and cap. Genuine??

Hi,
Could anyone please advise me about this Kriegsmarine uniform. Is it genuine, and if it is what should I pay for it as a fair price?
Any ideas and advice would be most welcome.

The tally looks very yellow which usually is not a good sign. To be 100% sure we need to see the backside though.

I have never seen an example of the Schlachtschiff Scharnhorst without the fraktur "S". If any of you have, then please post an example showing the full length. This tally in my opinion is not period.
