KM C96 Holster

Just wondering on the thoughts of this C96 KM holster listed? Is this listing accurate? Rare KM holster? I ask, as I have the same holster and until seeing this ebay listing...it was unidentified to me. Thanks!

A Kriegsmarine C96 holster is rare indeed, but the one on ebay does not have any KM markings as I can see. The C96 was made from 1896 to 1937 (according to wikipedia) and also exported to different countries so for all I know, the holster could be from 1920. I'm not an expert on these types of holsters, but without the KM marking, it is not a KM holster.

There was a KM marked C96 holster listed on ebay not long ago with the same price as this one so maybe the seller saw that add and thought that all C96 were only used by KM and listed his as such.
I'm not sure if the KM holster that was listed on ebay got sold or not.

Here is a picture of the correct KM marking on a C96 holster from my collection.

Thanks gents...I thought the ebayer was off on their holster. I suspected the holster is a commercial holster.
