    KM buckle, opinions please

    Hi mates
I'm rearranging my KM collection and I need your help...
I found this buckle many years ago.
The leather is dated 1940 and the metallic part is in bad condition, as you can see.
Please is it an original one?
    Many thanks
    Marco

coastal artillery has used gold, light green, and blue buckles so to say a sort of mix as long as the buckle has a tab with Km depot stamp i would say go for it

A lot of dealers list the dark blue buckles as coastal artillery - when in fact they are just late war buckles, used by the Army, as well as ground forces - so they are not ONLY for coastal

John this was exactly my doubt.
I know dark blue Buckles were late war buckles for gound troops.
So please I would like to know could dark blue buckles be coastal artillery early war buckles?
There was a chronological variation of the colors of the coastal artillery buckles?
