Kriegsmarine Items for review

I purchased a group of stuff and with it were these items that I was told are Kriegsmarine. Can anyone tell me what I have here and if they are ww2 period.
Included are a pair of white trousers, a dark pair of trousers, collar dickie, cap cover, 4 shoulder boards and one metal anchor.
