I think it was a Heeres buckle, which has been pimped up to give the illusion to be a Km buckle, this maker has never made buckles for the Km as far as i know

This buckle is made of molded aluminium. The only navy buckle made of molded aluminium that I know is by the maker of R.S.&S. So, I am with Christian here that is a Heer buckle painted gold.

This buckle is fake!
