Kriegsmarine Senior Officer T Boards questions

Hi, I’m looking to post what I believe are KM Officer boards to the eStand and have 3 questions.

1. Are these are the rank of Kommodore or Kapitän zur See.

2. They have a bit of a light gold color to them. Are they KM, Heer, or, something else?

3. They are missing cyphers. Was this common, or done for any particular reason?

KM OFF for the summer jackets , Kapitän zur See .
The gold colour is only a reflet , no gold boards are existing like that .
Missing the specialty badge in the middle .

But if this Kapitän zur See were a line officer then there would be no specialty insignia between the rank pips on the should boards.

Textbook Kriegsmaine sholder boards for the summer tunic.
For Kriegsmaine must be this very fine and special material, it's like
fine silver/gold wiring.
The boards was upgraded from Fregattenkapitän to Kapitän zur See,
see the hole on the backsite from the Fregattenkapitän pipe.
