I would like the help of the community for this.
Somebody is selling a broken pocket-watch that is supposedly related to the Admiral Scheer - one of the famous "pocket battleships" of the Kriegsmarine. It's connected to its time during the Spanish Civil War, which the Admiral Scheer did participate.
I have never seen something like this before. Can anybody confirm its authenticity? The white tape on the back might be due to seller rules (no Nazi symbols and such).
The seller's father apparently owned it and seemingly was a veteran of WW2 (as evidenced by the rest of the items being sold).
