Help Establishing value U-977 item...

Hello all,

I have had this manual in my small KM collection for years and would like to find out a way to establish its value which is difficult, being a one of a kind item.. I never have seen any other U-977 items around; only have read quite a bit about it-nothing but controversy... I have some photos on the link provided. Please forgive the order. I cannot manage it. Wish I could only post the pertinent photos. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Wow, a very interesting item to have.
I don't have enough information but I could see spending about $500. I know that you are probably offended now after this.
It is a looker. However, like most books, it really depends on how you were to display this piece. Books are lovely, this one is without a doubt a really interesting one. I think if you were to have shown how you have displayed it, so others could get a sense of how it would look in their particular "man-caves" then this would perhaps get more interest. This is just my opinion.
